Pickup Truck Collides with ATV in Mims, Florida

According to the Florida Today Newspaper, two girls were hospitalized with personal injuries following an accident involving a pickup truck and an ATV at 4:30 p.m. on June 21, 2011. The collision took place near Hog Valley Road and Harrison Road in Mims, Florida. One of the girls was airlifted to Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando, Florida and the other girl was taken by ambulance to Parrish Medical Center in Titusville, Florida. The driver of the pickup truck, a 44 year old Scottsmoor man, was arrested following the crash. Evidently, he did not have a valid Florida driver's license.
