56 Year Old Injured In Bicycle Accident in Downtown Melbourne
According to the Florida Today Newspaper, A 56-year-old bicyclist suffered serious
injuries Tuesday night after he was struck by a SUV near Historic Downtown Melbourne. The
bicyclist was knocked unconscious when he was hit in the 300 block of East Strawbridge Avenue by a westbound SUV. Evidently, the bicylist flew over the hood of the SUV and into the windshield. The bicylist sustained very serious
personal injuries from the crash, including a
head injury, a
fractured right leg and a
fractured jaw. The
bicyclist was transported to Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, Florida for treatment of his
