2 Airlifted From I-95 Accident In Titusville
According to the Florida Today Newspaper, two people sustained serious personal injuries in a
car accident involving an overturned
tractor-trailer on July 25, 2011 on I-95 in Titusville, Florida. The
car accident occurred during the morning rush hour on northbound I-95 about one mile south of the Cheney Highway exit. It took several hours to clear the
accident scene. Fire rescue workers were able to extricate the driver and the passenger from the wreckage. Both were
airlifted to Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, Florida for treatment of their
